How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across the UAE takes 3 to 5 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout if you need it sooner.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over AED 250. For smaller orders the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Yes. We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and internationally to most countries. Charges and transit times are calculated at checkout.
How does the chocolate survive the heat?
Every order ships in insulated packaging designed for Gulf temperatures, and our kunafa chocolate uses a heat-stable Belgian formulation with real cocoa mass and cocoa butter. Please move the parcel indoors as soon as it arrives.
Storage and freshness
How should I store my chocolate?
Below 20°C, out of direct sunlight and away from strong odours. 15 to 18°C is ideal. Avoid repeated warm-cool cycles, which do more damage than a steady room.
How long does it keep?
Our products carry a shelf life of 6 to 9 months and are best enjoyed within 3 months of delivery, when the kunafa and wafers are at their crispest.
