Delivery across the UAE

We deliver to all seven emirates. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the day your order is confirmed, and express delivery is available at checkout when an order needs to arrive sooner. Delivery is free on orders over AED 250; for smaller orders the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Keeping chocolate cool in transit

Every order ships in insulated packaging designed for Gulf temperatures, and our kunafa chocolate uses a heat-stable Belgian formulation so it arrives crisp rather than soft. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and move it indoors promptly; chocolate left on a doorstep or in a parked car in summer will not recover its texture.

GCC and international delivery

We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and internationally to most countries. Transit times and charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Any customs duties or import taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, and hampers are assembled to order. For corporate or bulk orders, please contact us in advance so we can confirm lead times and quantities.

Storage after delivery

Store chocolate below 20°C, out of direct sunlight and away from strong odours; 15 to 18°C is ideal. Our products carry a shelf life of 6 to 9 months and are best enjoyed within 3 months of delivery, when the kunafa and wafers are at their crispest.
