Kunafa Pistachio Chocolate

Crunchy kunafa pastry, real pistachio cream and a Belgian chocolate shell: this is the Schokorize Dubai chocolate bar, handcrafted and available year-round in four sizes.

Every bar is 45.8% pistachio (roasted pistachios from the USA) layered over 9.2% toasted kunafa, then enrobed in Belgian-made chocolate. We use a heat-stable Belgian formulation, real cocoa mass and cocoa butter with a vegetable fat that raises the melting point, so the bar arrives crisp in Gulf heat instead of as a puddle. Sizes: 100g, 160g, 200g and 240g. Larger sizes cost less per gram.
